Stockist/Dealer Log on Procedure & Information
IMPORTANT STOCKIST /DEALER INFORMATION
1) LOG ON PROCEDURE
Click on to the DEALER area and fill in the form.
You have already been allocated a PASSWORD.
When you receive the confirmation e-mail, please change this
temporary password to your own.
Once you have been accepted as a dealer/stockist you may view the
trade prices for the product lines you deal with.
If you are a first time visitor and wish to become a dealer/stockist, please
e-mail us with your request.
2) ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
The site has the facility to accept orders 7 days a week.
You can also choose to order the product and have it charged to your account,
if current, or you may choose to pay by the selected credit cards or direct deposit.
This option will immediately attract a discount of 3% off the trade price
Credit card payments will NOT be processed until the goods are about to be dispatched.
3) DROP SHIPMENT
This option is on most large or bulky items. It work likes this.
You simply order the item but choose the DROPSHIP option and fill in the
End User details, name, address etc.
We will then process the order and dispatch the good directly to your customer
with only a packing slip. The invoice will be sent directly to you.
4) PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
From time to time prices may change. Should this be the case, we will contact you with the changes before processing the order.
If the item is out of stock we will contact you right away
5) FURTHER DISCOUNTS
Stockists of certain product lines may be entitled to further discounts.
This extra discount will be applied to your order.
If it is paid by credit card, the amount will be automatically deducted.
Your extra 3% will still apply.
If it is by direct transfer, we will contact you with the net amount.
